Ted’s On Main Extends South Jersey Restaurant Week

teds1Participating South Jersey restaurants are now in the midst of their annual “Restaurant Week,” October 18 – 23. Ted’s On Main, located in Medford, plans to extend the celebration through Saturday, October 24th.

 

The restaurant is offering 4 courses for $35.00 per person (plus tax & gratuity):

 

First Course (Choose One):

Baby Spinach Salad, Citrus Creole Mustard Dressing, Cajun Pecans

Chicken and Andouille Gumbo garnished with Steamed Rice & Green Onions

Cape May Clam Chowder served with Clam Fritters

“The Wedge”: Bibb Lettuce with Bleu Cheese Vinaigrette, Slow-Roasted Tomato, Crispy Sweet Onions

 

Second Course (Choose One):

Popcorn Shrimp: Basil Popcorn, Calypso Sauce

Beef Short Rib Gratin, Yukon Gold Potato, Caramelized Onions, Asiago Cream

Roasted Jersey Clams, New Orleans-Style BBQ Butter, Crispy Smoked Bacon

 

Third Course (Choose One):

Herb-Grilled Pork Chop, Andouille Brioche Stuffing, Caramelized Local Apples, Cider Glaze

Sautéed Barnegat Light Sea Scallops, Butternut Squash Risotto, Caramelized Lemon Butter

Crispy Chicken Roulade filled with Tasso Ham, Cous Cous and Garlic Spinach, Port Jus

 

Fourth Course (Choose One):

White Chocolate Crème Brûlée, Tahitian Vanilla, Fresh Raspberries

Bananas Foster: Flamed with 99 Bananas Liquor and Meyers Dark Rum; served over French Vanilla Ice Cream

Chocolate Chip Cookie Meltdown: Belgian Chocolate and Homemade Caramel Sauces with French Vanilla Ice Cream
