On the Bone restaurant in Princeton, NJ, will host a complimentary vodka tasting on Thursday, October 22, from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
The event will include samples of premium vodkas from the classics such as Belvedere and Gray Goose to new brands such as Saaga. Guests will be given a brief tutorial on each vodka by their bartender during the tasting. Martinis will also be offered at reduced prices.
In addition to serving up great meals at affordable prices, On the Bone is also committed to being as “green as possible,” working with local farmers as crops come into season, as well as procuring fish from companies along the Jersey Shore.
On the Bone is located at 4355 State Route 1 at Ridge Road, adjacent to the Doubletree Hotel Princeton. The restaurant serves breakfast from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., with a breakfast buffet available until 10:00 a.m.; lunch from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; and dinner from 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
