This coming Sunday, October 11, 6:30 p.m., CoolVines Westfield will present a Fall Harvest Wine Dinner at A Toute Heure, 232 Centennial Avenue, in Cranford, NJ. The 5-course wine dinner will be a celebration of transition into the Fall and Winter seasons, with an emphasis on rustic flavors of root vegetables paired with the bold fruit tastes of Mouton Noir Wines. And winemaker and sommelier Andre Mack will be on hand to discuss his wines and food pairings.
First Course: Roast Dreyer Farm’s Cauliflower Soup with Shaved Black Oregon Truffle

Second Course: Pan-Seared Local Sea Scallops over a Paffenroth Garden’s Celeriac Root Purée with Browned Farm Butter

Third Course: Roast Tenderloin of Heritage Pork rolled with a Chimichurri Sauce of Organic Local Garlic & Garden Herbs served over Roast Evolutionary Organic’s Winter Kabocha & Butternut Squash

Fourth Course: Roast Loin of Venison with Roast S&SO Farm’s Garden Parsnips and a Pan-Sauce of Organic Garlic, Garden Thyme & Pickled Eckerton Hill Peppers
