As I have mentioned in previous blog entries, during the month of September, Lemaire Restaurant in Richmond’s famous Jefferson Hotel is hosting three extraordinary wine dinners.

Course 1: Scallop Ceviché with Fresh Cilantro, Lime, Spicy Jalapeños, Avocado

Course 4: Pan-Roasted Duck Breast with Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes, Southern Collard Greens, “Gsm” Demi-Glace
