During the month of September, Lemaire Restaurant in the venerable Jefferson Hotel in Richmond, VA, is hosting three extraordinary wine dinners.
The second of three will be held on this coming Saturday, September 26th, beginning at 6:00 p.m. Executive Chef Walter Bundy and Sous Chefs Bryan McClure and Chris Visger will prepare an intriguing menu to complement the exceptional wines of California’s Ladera Winery.
Course 1: Duo of Rapphannock River Oysters “Olde Salts”

Course 4: Clark Farms Grass-Fed Virginia Beef Strip Loin with Ratatouille, Roasted Corn Polenta, Crumbled Maytag Blue, Urban Garden Thyme Jus
