On Friday, August 14th, the Pluckemin Inn Friday Night Dinner Club Series will explore the myriad culinary applications of the one and only Jersey tomato.
The evening will feature three courses from Executive Chef Juan Jose Cuevas, as well as a dessert course from Pastry Chef Joseph Gabriel. Sommelier Brian Hider will pair each course with a different wine from the Pluckemin cellar, and guests will enjoy either a tomato-inspired cocktail or glass of sparkling wine upon arrival.
