tbonesTbones Steakhouse at the Bridgewater Marriott, an upscale fine dining restaurant combining authentic Tuscan cuisine with a classic American ambiance, recently unveiled its “Chef’s Table,” the perfect venue for a small corporate dinner or private party.

The chef’s table provides not only an exquisite gourmet experience, but also a front row seat in the kitchen and one of the hottest new dining opportunities in the Central New Jersey area.

Executive Chef Kevin Goodchild and Chef de Cuisine William Downes have inaugurated a concept that dates back to medieval times when royalty would invite their guests to attend dinner parties in the kitchen so that they could interact with the king’s personal chef as he prepared their meals. At Tbones Steakhouse, the chef’s table is located directly in the kitchen and accommodates up to eight guests.

Reservations for the chef’s table are required in advance and may be made by calling (908) 482-0007.
