The Pluckemin Inn in Bedminster, New Jersey, recently announced that it would continue its popular “Friday Night Dinner Club.” The inspiration for these unique culinary happenings will be the abundance of New Jersey’s glorious local produce.
Four new dates have been set during July and August, featuring a uniquely-themed chef’s tasting dinner in one of the Inn’s private dining rooms. Patrons may book an entire table with a party of 12 or join the table as a single diner, a couple, or more.
Beginning Friday, July 17th, the Inn invites patrons to meet in their wine cellar for a series of truly unique dining experiences. Each dinner will begin at 7:30 p.m. with butler passed hors d’oeuvres. Guests will have the choice of a themed cocktail or glass of Champagne. Newly-appointed Executive Chef Juan Jose Cuevas and Pastry Chef Joseph Gabriel will take participants on a culinary adventure, serving up four courses of their culinary interpretations of the evening’s theme. During the meal, Sommelier Brian Hider will introduce wines that have been carefully selected to enhance each course.
Here’s the calendar of upcoming Friday Night Dinner Club events…
