bistrot-lepic1Beginning today, July 10th, through Thursday, July 16th, Bistrot Lepic in the Georgetown section of Washington, DC, will be celebrating “French Restaurant Week” with special three-course prix-fixe menus for both lunch and dinner.

Beet and Farm Goat Cheese Terrine with Balsamic Dressing

Salmon Tartare with Dill and Oriental Seaweed

Wild Mushrooms Fricassée Persillade

Lemon-Lime Risotto with Shrimp

Veal Tongue Salad, Tartare of Beet and Field Green Salad, Mustard Dressing

Onion Tart with Bacon and Baby Green Salad

Smoke Trout Salad with Radicchio and Fresh Grapefruit

Mixed Baby Green Salad

Crusty Boneless Pig’s Feet with Onion Sauce
