Funky Lil’ Kitchen, 232 King Street in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, will hold its annual Funky Courtyard Clambake on Friday, July 3rd. All the traditional clambake food will be available… without benefit of sand, seagulls, and blistering sun.
The clambake is a 3-course prix-fixe menu featuring:
1st Course: Tomato Gazpacho with Lime Crema
2nd Course: The Clambake: Clams, Mussels, Sausage, Corn, Potatoes, Chicken
3rd Course: Peach Cobbler with Vanilla Ice Cream
The cost is only $33.00 per person (plus tax and gratuity). The restaurant will be serving a seasonal menu on the 3rd, as well as taking regular reservation times. If it should rain on Friday, the clambake will simply be moved indoors.
