Tomorrow, Wednesday, July 1st, Stage Left in New Brunswick will host a special Belgian Beer Dinner at 7:00 p.m.
The most interesting, age-worthy, food-friendly, historically important beers and ales hail from Belgium. And Brian Ewing and Cory Hill have traveled the Belgian countryside to find extremely small-scale artisanal brewers whose beers have never before been available in the US. They’ve brought exceedingly small amounts of these fine micro-micro-brews into the country through their brand new importing company Twelve Percent Imports.
Here’s a look at the menu and brew pairings…
Apple Soup garnished with Nueske Bacon
Brew: ‘t Brouwkot “Kalle” (Triple)
