TJ’s Restaurant in Richmond’s historic Jefferson Hotel will be hosting a special beer dinner on Saturday, June 27th. The libations of Virginia’s famous Blue Mountain Brewery will be paired with Executive Chef James Schroeder’s incomparable cuisine.
Mr. Taylor Smack, Blue Mountain’s co-owner and accomplished brew master, will also be on hand to introduce each of his offerings (several of which are completely seasonal and only available at the brewery). Participants will also receive a Blue Mountain pint Glass to take home as a remembrance of the evening.
Course 1: Scallop Ceviche with Micro Arugula, Fennel, Grapefruit, Golden Raisin Vinaigrette

Course 4: Herb-Crusted Free-Range Venison with Ratatouille, Onion Purée, Niçoise Olive Jus

Course 5: Minted Chocolate Cheesecake, Oreo Crust, Coffee-Malted Stout Ice Cream, Mint Anglaise
