This coming Wednesday, May 20th, beginning at 7:30 p.m., Mahogany Grille in Manasquan invites patrons the unique opportunity of tasting several great wines with winemaker Clay Mauritson, including his newest project, LOAM Wines.
The LOAM project focuses on soil specific Cabernet Sauvignon with three distinct wines. Less than 100 cases of each wine were produced for the inaugural vintage.
While Mr. Mauritson leads the guided wine tasting, Mahogany Grille’s Executive Chef, Ian Cooper, will prepare a delicious array of hors d’oeuvres to enjoy along with the wines.
