Chakra Restaurant in Paramus invites patrons to enjoy a specially-developed menu designed to pair with the wines of California’s Brassfield Estate Winery & Vineyard. This special event will be celebrated on Monday, May 18th, 6:30 p.m.
Located on High Valley, the vineyard’s unique combination of volcanic and alluvial soils, paired with myriad microclimates, makes it one of the finest spots in the world to cultivate premium-quality grapes. Within the last four years, Brassfield Estate wines have won an amazing 500 awards at the country’s most prestigious wine competitions.
