elementsOne of my favorite cozy little restaurants, Elements Café in Haddon Heights, will offer a marvelous four-course dinner tasting menu on Easter Sunday, April 12th.

 

Here’s a look at the gastronomic possibilities…

 

First Course (Choice of):

Cream of Spring Asparagus Soup, Marjoram-Marinated Crab, and Red Pepper Cream

Crispy Confit of Duck Risotto Cake with Warm Tomato Rosemary Sauce

Lemon Oil Grilled Shrimp, Whole Grain Mustard Potato Salad

 

Second Course (Choice of):

Classic Wedge of Iceberg Lettuce, Tomatoes, Red Onions, and Warm Bacon Dressing

Baby Spinach Salad, Blue Cheese, Walnuts, and Balsamic Vinaigrette

Roasted Beets with Spring Greens and Grapefruit Relish

 

Main Course (Choice of):

Macaroni & Cheese Soufflé, Parmesan & Fresh Herb Crust, Side of Stewed Roma Tomatoes

Crab-Stuffed Rainbow Trout with Wilted Baby Spinach and Chive Butter Sauce

Roasted Breast of Chicken, Carrot and Artichoke Stew

Maple-Glazed Ham, Crispy Onion-Crusted Scalloped Potatoes

Grilled Rack of lam, Green Bean Casserole

 

Dessert Course (Choice of):

Pineapple Upside Down Cake, Cinnamon Toast Ice Cream

Warm Carrot Cake, Caramelized Apple Cream Cheese

Elements Café is a BYOB restaurant.
