Andre’s Restaurant and Wine Boutique in Newton will give Earth a break this Saturday at 8:30 p.m., hosting a candlelight dinner during Earth Hour.
The World Wildlife Fund is asking individuals, businesses, governments and organizations around the world to turn off their lights for one hour – Earth Hour – to make a global statement of concern about climate change and to demonstrate commitment to finding solutions. With just a few days to go, Earth Hour continues to gain support in cities, with government leaders and celebrities, in the media, and on social networking sites.
