Austrian Wine Dinner at Za Restaurant

za1Za Restaurant in Pennington and CoolVines invite patrons to meet Austrian winemaker Gunter Triebaumer, producer of some of Austria’s finest red, white, and dessert wines. This special wine dinner will be celebrated on Thursday, March 5th, beginning at 7:00 p.m.

 

Working with Mr. Triebaumer, Za owners, Chaz and Chef Mark Valenza, have created a wonderful menu to complement these excellent vintages.

 

Here’s a look-see at the menu and wine pairings…

 

Course One: Fruit, Melon, and Prima Donna Cheese

Course Two: Mushroom and Montrachet Goat Cheese Strudel with Caramelized Onion Sauce

Course Three: Crab, Shrimp, and Tabbouleh Salad Parfait

Course Four: Porducken Medallions (Roasted Pork, Duck, and Chicken) with Pomegranate Sauce

Course Five: Viennese Veal Schnitzel with Lemon, Caper, and Sage Beurre Blanc

Wine: Triebaumer Trie White

 

Course Six: Bavarian Cream and Fresh Berry Tart

Wine: Triebaumer Ruster Ausbrush

 

Coffee, Tea, Espresso, and Cappuccino

 

The cost of this special Austrian wine dinner with winemaker Gunter Triebaumer is $85.00 per person, which includes food, wine, taxes & gratuity.
