The head chef at Olde Mill will be preparing a delicious five-course meal centered around the flavors of Spring in the Garden State. In addition, a representative from one of New Jersey’s finest wineries will choose the perfect pairings for each course and will provide a description of each of the wines chosen.

Second Course: Salad of organic Greens with Tender Vegetables and Banyuls Vinaigrette
Third Course: Wild Mushroom Strudel with Charred Tomato Sauce
Fourth Course: Roasted Australian Rack of Lamb with Potato Gratin, French Beans, and Roasted Garlic
