Stuffed Avocado with Quinoa, Fresh Chopped Tomato, Cilantro, Black Olives & Fresh Chiles… drizzled with Olive Oil, Lemon & Chile de Arbol
Third Course:
Roasted Butternut Squash Soup with Caramelized Vanilla Onions & Mexican Cinnamon Croutons
Fourth Course:
Empanada stuffed with Vegetable & Black Bean Chile topped with Grated Cheddar Jack Cheese & Chopped Onion
Dessert, Choice of:
Churros with Mexican Hot Chocolate OR Baked Apple Cobbler with Cinnamon Ice Cream
